Sandro Fuentes specializes in new businesses, tax strategy and planning, civil, contract and corporate law, as well as financial system regulatory matters.

He counsels on establishing new businesses, including tax planning. He also provides advisory on the procurement of goods and services through bids and tenders from the oer preparation phase to the submission and contracting phase. Additionally, he assists in negotiations and formations of contracts in general, purchases or sales of companies and similar.

Sandro is Chairman of BANBIF, Vice Chairman of the Ocial Chamber of Commerce of Spain, Vice Chairman of the Association of Banks of Peru – ASBANC, Director of the National Confederation of Private Business Institutions – CONFIEP and Director of the Chamber of Commerce of Lima. He has also been Minister of Labor and Social Promotion, Director of the Central Reserve Bank of Peru, Superintendent of SUNAT and Director of CONASEV.

Likewise, he has been a professor at Universidad de Lima, Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and Universidad del Pacífico.
