Our team provides advise on legal and regulatory matters related to industries requiring the use of water in power production, agriculture, aquaculture, industrial or mining activities.
We assist clients in obtaining water use permits and in the allocation of rights for waterbodies use and treatment. We conduct compliance audits and represent our clients before the authorities in disputes, administrative proceedings and user’s claims.
We participate in tariff regulation proceedings and drafting proposals for water use regulation.
