Our Mining group advises on the different stages and modalities of the mining business, from mining concession acquisition to mine closure. Likewise, we counsel on sale, acquisition and consolidation processes of mining projects, as well as the due diligence processes.
Our attorneys assist in permitting management, and contractual structure design and execution to develop projects. We also assist our clients in their interaction with local authorities, including the negotiation of their legal stability agreements and compliance with mining law and control proceedings.
We participate in chambers of commerce and other business associations, providing support in the drafting of proposals to reform legislation.
