Our Mining group advises on the different stages and modalities of the mining business, from mining concession acquisition to mine closure. Likewise, we counsel on sale, acquisition and consolidation processes of mining projects, as well as the due diligence processes.
Our attorneys assist in permitting management, and contractual structure design and execution to develop projects.
