We provide advice on the prevention, identification and elimination of bureaucratic barriers contained in all types of regulations, actions and/or administrative acts that may affect the access or permanence of economic agents in the market and/or the processing of administrative procedures.
Our team provides advice on analyzing measures imposed by Public Administration entities that may qualify as illegal and/or unreasonable bureaucratic barriers, as well as on the resolution of queries and design of legal strategies to question and achieve the non-application of such measures.
We work closely with our clients in all stages of the administrative procedure to eliminate bureaucratic barriers before INDECOPI, including the preparation of complaints, precautionary and confidentiality requests, acquittal of requirements from the authorities, requests for compliance with mandate, reimbursement of costs and expenses, among others. We also represent our clients in contentious administrative proceedings aimed at challenging the final decisions of the competition authority in this matter.
