César Carrillo Temple specializes in public services regulation, infrastructure and concessions, energy, elimination of bureaucratic barriers and antitrust.
He provides advisory related to legal, regulatory and contractual compliance in energy, transport, telecommunications, antitrust, among others. He also counsels on the development of concessions and public-private partnerships, with special expertise in the elimination of bureaucratic barriers.
He assists and represents companies in administrative sanctioning proceedings and proceedings related to private investment on public services and infrastructure for public use, as well as in dispute resolution with regulatory implications.
César has been a member of the Board of Directors of Athina Magazine (2016), a founding member of the Circle for the Study of Competition Law at the University of Lima (2018) and represented the University of Lima at the XI and XII editions of the International Arbitration Competition, organized by the University of Rosario and the University of Buenos Aires (2018 and 2019).
César won first place in his class at the Law School of the University of Lima (2019). From 2020, he is co-coach of this house of studies for international competitions in commercial arbitration and investment arbitration (MOOT).
In 2023, he worked as a corporate lawyer in the Legal and Insurance Management of DP World Logistics S.R.L.
