Our Infrastructure and Concessions group advises on concession processes and private initiatives for the development of public infrastructure.
We participate in public tender processes for the development of ports, airports, railways, road networks, sanitation infrastructure, irrigation projects, gas pipelines and electrical infrastructure, as well as in operations for the development of private infrastructure for companies requiring it for performing their activities.
We advise on legal compliance to concession holders, as well as on their interaction with the granting organisms and regulating authorities.
