María del Rosario Quiroga specializes in infrastructure and concessions, energy, and antitrust.
She counsels telecommunications and new technologies companies on all regulatory aspects: access to infrastructure, tariff setting procedures, supervisory processes, contentious administrative proceedings, dispute resolution between companies, and intermediate and final users’ claim.
In oil and gas, she focuses on downstream issues. She represents companies in regulatory aspects of supply, transport, distribution and storage contracts for the different types of gas, natural gas, liquefied natural gas (LNG) and compressed natural gas (CNG), as well as permitting matters.
She has been Manager of Regulatory Affairs at Bellsouth Peru S.A., legal advisor at the Supervisory Body for Private Investment in Telecommunications (OSIPTEL) and at the Supervisory Body for Private Investment in Public Transport Infrastructure (OSITRAN).
