We advise on the exploration, production, refining, transport, distribution and commercialization of oil and gas, and services related to this industry.
On upstream matters, our attorneys advise on exploration and exploitation agreement negotiation with the Peruvian Oil and Gas State-Owned Enterprise Perupetro. Moreover, we assist in permitting process, operation agreements, and venture and service agreements between operating and non-operating companies, both domestic and international, in compliance with Peruvian law and administrative and sanctioning proceedings.
In downstream matters, we counsel on permitting process, as well as refining, transformation, sale, storage, commercialization and transport of oil, gas and its derivatives (fuel, LPG, GNC, CNG). We also advise on gas transport and distribution of projects.
