Piero Scarafone specializes in construction and hydrocarbons, with emphasis on contractual, transactional and regulatory issues.

His practice includes the negotiation, execution and settlement of engineering, construction and infrastructure contracts, leading and supporting private bidding processes for the award of works and services in the mining, electricity and oil industries, among others.

Piero also advises on the negotiation of license agreements for the exploration and exploitation of hydrocarbons, joint operating agreements, BOOT and DF BOOT agreements for the transportation and distribution of natural gas, and on obtaining authorizations and permits for hydrocarbon activities in general, including sanctioning and regulatory procedures in the sector.
