Our Public Services Regulation group advises on legal aspects related to network infrastructure subject to regulation, such as port and airport facilities, rail transport and telecommunications services, among others.
Our attorneys assist in planning, implementation and regulatory compliance, preparation and execution of supply and service agreements, dispute resolution between companies and challenges to mandates and orders issued by regulatory entities. We represent clients in proceedings before concession-granting entities, regulatory agencies and user’s claims proceedings, as well as, in tariff and access charges setting proceedings.
