Francisco José Floríndez specializes in antitrust, merger control, energy, public services, infrastructure, and water resources and sanitation.

He counsels companies on legal and regulatory compliance in antitrust, merger control, energy, transport, water resources, among others. He also advises on administrative sanctioning procedures and private investment procedures on public services and public infrastructure.

Francisco José has been a member of the Board of Directors of Themis Civil Association (2014) and was part of Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú representative team at the IX International Arbitration Competition organized by Universidad de Buenos Aires and Universidad de Montevideo (2016), at the 25th Annual Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna, Austria (2018), and member of the winning team of the IX International Arbitration and Commercial Law Competition (MOOT Madrid) organized by Universidad Carlos III of Madrid and UNICTRAL (2017). Francisco José has been a teaching assistant at the Faculty of Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
