Our team advises on the implementation of compliance programs on unfair competition, as well as on the training of company personnel, in order to ensure compliance with applicable legislation on unfair competition and advertising.
We also advise and represent national and foreign companies in complaints and investigations arising from violations of unfair competition rules before INDECOPI and CONAR.
We help our clients throughout all stages of the administrative procedure for violations of the rules of repression of unfair competition before INDECOPI, including the preparation of complaints or defenses – as appropriate -, acquittal of requirements, requests for compliance with mandate, reimbursement of costs and expenses, among others.
