Our Project Finance team advises sponsors, project companies and financial and multilateral institutions that arrange or participate in financing of infrastructure, energy and mining projects.
We participate in all project financing stages: due diligence, bankability analysis design and structuring of financing and its warranties, negotiation of financing documents, and compliance with disbursement conditions.
