Juan Diego de Vinatea specializes in banking and finance law, projects financing, and mergers & acquisitions.
He regularly counsels local and international clients on international transactions and has solid experience on direct and syndicated financing operations, representing national and foreign investors in financial, contractual, societal and commercial matters, as well as in structuring and negotiating local and international mergers & acquisitions.
Juan Diego also focuses on projects finance operations and public services infrastructures concessions.
He taught Civil Law course at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (2003-2005).
