Alejandro Araujo specializes in M&A, project financing and corporate and commercial law.

He counsels national and international companies on financial, contractual, civil and corporate matters. He also assists in designing the most appropriate legal structures for the business establishment and development of businesses in Peru.

Alejandro specializes in mergers and acquisitions, corporate and project financing, and capital markets.

He has been assistant professor of Commercial Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and is currently assistant professor of Corporate Finance at Universidad de Lima.
