Eduardo López specializes in banking and finance law, corporate finance, and mergers & acquisitions.
He counsels on corporate and financial operations, both local and international, mergers & acquisitions, corporate finances, capital markets, corporate and projects finance, risk capital and derivatives.
He counsels Peruvian assets and companies’ acquisition, directly or through the public takeover bid procedures, as well as stockholders on selling controlling packets in Peruvian companies both private and publically listed.
He has participated in various issuances and public placings of transferable securities, including stocks, bonds and commercial papers, representing both issuers and structurers as well as in corporate financing, structured, syndicated, financial leasing and infrastructure projects, representing both banks and companies and sponsors.
Eduardo was international associate for the New York Office of White & Case, participating in various international transactions. He has been included among the 20 leading attorneys under 40 years old in the Latin Lawyer magazine.
He currently teaches Corporate finance at Universidad de Lima.
