Maria Angélica Meneses specializes in banking and finance law, project finance, mergers & acquisitions, capital markets and venture capital.
She counsels national and foreign companies on the structure and negotiation of mergers & acquisitions transactions, project and corporate finance operations, stock market issuances, company reorganizations and legal audit processes (due diligence).
Maria Angélica also advises on contractual, commercial and corporate matters and in the venture capital market. She designs the most appropriate legal structure for companies.
She has specialization courses in negotiation, organizational conflict resolution and communication at Harvard University; and, in international law and corporate finance at the London School of Economics. She is the author of various articles published in recognized legal publications. She has assisted as adjunct professor in the undergraduate course Commercial Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and a graduate course from the Master in Banking and Financial Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
