Rodrigo Loo specializes in antitrust, merger control, elimination of bureaucratic barriers, regulation of public utilities and energy.
His practice focuses on providing legal advice in connection with antitrust matters, as well as on compliance with legal and regulatory provisions applicable to the energy, transport and telecommunications industries, among others.
Rodrigo also advises on administrative sanctioning procedures and private investment in services and infrastructure for public use. He has been assistant professor of the General Economics course at Universidad del Pacífico and member of the board of directors of the Legal Clinic for Information Freedoms and Transparency (2021).
