Merger Control

Arianna Robello specializes in public services regulation, infrastructure and concessions, and merger control.

She advises companies on compliance with legal and regulatory provisions in the areas of energy, telecommunications, transport, sanitation, infrastructure, among others.

Arianna also counsels on administrative sanctioning procedures and private investment in public services and infrastructure for public use.

She won first place in the Law course of the XIX University Extension Course of the Supervisory Body for Investment in Transport Infrastructure for Public Use (Ositrán).
