Milene Jayme specializes in Energy, Public Utilities, Infrastructure and Concessions and Telecommunications.

She counsels on compliance with legal, regulatory and contractual provisions in the areas of energy, transportation, telecommunications, among others. She also counsels on administrative sanctioning procedures and private investment processes in public utilities and infrastructure for public use.

Milene has been a teaching assistant for the Administrative Law I course at Universidad del Pacífico and was a member of the board of directors of the DERUP Editores Civil Association–  FORSETI Magazine (2021), a journal of said university.

She was also a member of the team that represented Universidad del Pacífico in the XIII International Arbitration Competition (2020) and in the XIV Edition Moot Madrid (2022), and member of the winning team of the XIV International Arbitration Competition, organized by Universidad del Rosario and Universidad de Buenos Aires (2021).
