Danielle Valle specializes in water resources and sanitation services regulation.

She counsels companies in diverse sectors on water resources and sanitation services matters.

She assists in the design of legal strategies to obtain authorizations, permits, and licenses before the National Water Authority. Likewise, she provides legal advice on the management of water-related administrative procedures, including sanction procedures and claims regarding water-related fees and hydraulic infrastructure use tariffs.

She also counsels on the special regime concerning groundwater monitoring and management in charge of sanitation services providers and assists in the conduct of claims on said matter.

Danielle has experience in both private and public sectors. She has served in the National Court of Water Dispute Settlement of the National Water Authority.
