Hugo Silva specializes in public law, public procurement, construction contracts, company restructuring, and insolvency.

He counsels on projects to design, build and operate mining facilities, electric, industrial, road and ports infrastructure, as well as on company restructuring processes.

He participates in public procurement processes for goods or services supply, and the execution of works in concordance with national or international rules. He also represents clients on contract management to anticipate or attend claims and dispute resolutions in the administrative and arbitration areas in public and private agreements.

He also participates in administrative sanctioning procedures before government entities.

He has been technical secretary of the Equity Restructuring Commission of INDECOPI, participating in several working groups to prepare bankruptcy regulations.
