Diana Milberg specializes in mining law, mining project finance, and mergers and acquisitions.

She provides legal advice to Peruvian and foreign clients in mining and natural resources activities, including corporate and commercial matters. She focuses on the transactional and regulatory aspects of mining projects, advising companies in the mining sector in their domestic and foreign investments, as well as in the management of their projects.

Diana has been a visiting attorney at Allen Overy Shearman Sterling LLP in New York (2023-2024). She has an LL.M from Columbia University, USA.
