I. Extractive activities of the horse mackerel resource carried out by trawlers are suspended Through Ministerial Resolution No. 094-2020-PRODUCE, published in the Official Gazette “El Peruano”, on March 1, 2020, the extractive activities of the horse mackerel resource (Trachurus murphyi) carried out by trawlers are suspended from March 2, 2020.
II. The Institute of the Peruvian Sea – IMARPE is authorized to execute Operation Hake XXIX Through Ministerial Resolution No. 095-2020-PRODUCE, published in the Official Gazette “El Peruano”, on March 3, 2020, the Institute of the Peruvian Sea – IMARPE is authorized to execute the Operation Hake XXIX, from 00: 00 hours on March 05 to 23:59 hours on March 06, 2020, between the northern limit of the Peruvian maritime domain and Punta Sal (04°00’S).
III. Catch quota for the jumbo squid or Humbold squid resource is established for 2020 Through Ministerial Resolution No. 100-2020-PRODUCE, published in the Official Gazette “El Peruano”, on March 6, 2020, the catch quota for the jumbo squid or Humbold squid resource (Dosidicus gigas) is established for the year 2020 in five hundred and sixty one thousand (560,000) tons.
IV. Granting of subsidies is authorized in favor of private legal entities that execute Subprojects of Innovation in Fisheries and Aquaculture from PNIPA Competitions Through Board Resolution No. 004-2020-PRODUCE-PNIPA-DE, published in the Official Gazette “El Peruano”, on March 10, 2020, the granting of subsidies is authorized in favor of the Executing Entities (private legal entities) that execute Subprojects of Innovation in Fisheries and Aquaculture from PNIPA Competitions 2017-2018 and 2018-2019 in the categories of: Applied Research and Technological Development (SIADE), Adaptive Research (SIA), Extension Service (SEREX), and Capacity Building in I+D+i Services (SFOCA), in Fisheries and Aquaculture respectively indicated in the tables of Annexes 1 and 2 that form an integral part of this resolution, up to the sum of S/.1,298,026.18 (One million two hundred and ninety and eight thousand twenty-six with 18/100 soles).
V. Granting of subsidies is authorized in favor of private legal entities that execute Subprojects of Innovation in Fisheries and Aquaculture from PNIPA Competitions Through Board Resolution No. 005-2020-PRODUCE-PNIPA-DE, published in the Official Gazette “El Peruano”, on March 11, 2020, the granting of subsidies is authorized in favor of the Executing Entities (private legal entities) that execute Subprojects of Innovation in Fisheries and Aquaculture from PNIPA Competitions 2017-2018 and 2018-2019 in the categories of: Applied Research and Technological Development (SIADE), Adaptive Research (SIA), Extension Service (SEREX), and Capacity Building in I+D+i Services (SFOCA), in Fisheries and Aquaculture respectively indicated in the tables of Annexes 1 and 2 that form an integral part of this resolution, up to the sum of S/.1,110,525.94 (One million one hundred and ten thousand five hundred and twenty-five with 94/100 soles).
VI. IMARPE is authorized to carry out exploratory fishing for the anchovy and white anchovy resource in the Southern area of the Peruvian Sea by trawlers
Through Ministerial Resolution No. 104-2020-PRODUCE, published in the Official Gazette “El Peruano”, on March 13, 2020, the Institute of the Peruvian Sea – IMARPE is authorized to carry out Exploratory Fishing for the Anchovy resource (Engraulis ringens) and White anchovy (Anchoa nasus) in the Southern area of the Peruvian Sea by trawlers. It is specified that the Exploratory Fishing will be carried out from 00:00 on March 14, 2020 and for a period of five (5) calendar days, in the maritime domain from 16º00’S to the extreme south, and outside the five (5) nautical miles to the coast.
VII. The M.R. No. 104-2020-PRODUCE that authorized IMARPE to carry out exploratory fishing for the anchovy and white anchovy resource in the Southern area of the Peruvian Sea by trawlers is rescinded Through Ministerial Resolution No. 116-2020-PRODUCE, published in the Official Gazette “El Peruano”, on March 18, 2020, the Ministerial Resolution No. 104-2020-PRODUCE that authorized the Institute of the Peruvian Sea – IMARPE to carry out an Exploratory Fishing for the Anchovy resource (Engraulis ringens) and White Anchovy (Anchoa nasus) in the Southern area of the Peruvian Sea by trawlers is rescinded.
VIII. Catch limit of horse mackerel resource is extended for the period 2020 Through Ministerial Resolution No. 123-2020-PRODUCE, published in the Official Gazette “El Peruano”, on March 25, 2020, the catch limit of the horse mackerel resource (Trachurus murphyi) is extended for the period 2020, within the framework of article 1 of Ministerial Resolution No. 025-2020-PRODUCE, in one hundred and forty thousand (140,000) tons.

The Reorganization of Positions of the Table for the Assignment of Temporary Personnel of FONDEPES is approved Through General Management Resolution No. 014-2020-FONDEPES/GG, published in the Official Gazette “El Peruano”, on March 13, 2020, the Reorganization of Positions of the Table for the Assignment of Temporary Personnel of the National Fund for the Development of Fisheries (FONDEPES) is approved.
II. The Annual Environmental Assessment and Enforcement Plan (PLANEFA) for the Fisheries and Aquaculture subsector of the Ministry of Production is approved for 2021 Through Ministerial Resolution No. 117-2020-PRODUCE, published in the Official Gazette “El Peruano”, on March 18, 2020, the Annual Environmental Assessment and Enforcement Plan – PLANEFA for the Fisheries and Aquaculture subsector of the Ministry of Production is approved for year 2021, whose execution is in charge of the General Directorate of Supervision, Control and Sanction of the Vice-ministerial Office of Fisheries and Aquaculture.
III. Management Measures for the Development of Aquaculture in the Bay of Sechura are approved Through Ministerial Resolution No. 124-2020-PRODUCE, published in the Official Gazette “El Peruano”, on March 25, 2020, the Management Measures for the Development of Aquaculture in the Bay of Sechura are approved. These Management Measures consist of ten (10) articles and one (1) annex.

The temporary appointment is terminated and Head of the Planning and Budget Office of the National Fisheries Health Agency – SANIPES is appointed Through Executive Presidency Resolution No. 018-2020-SANIPES/PE, published in the Official Gazette “El Peruano”, on March 1, 2020, the temporary appointment of the engineer OMAR PERCY CAMPOS LÓPEZ REYNA as Head of the Planning and Budget Office of the National Fisheries Health Agency – SANIPES is terminated. In turn, Miss PAMELA ROXANA MEZA PINTO is appointed as Head of the Planning and Budget Office of the National Fisheries Health Agency – SANIPES.

Through Executive Presidency Resolution No. 019-2020-SANIPES-PE, published in the Official Gazette “El Peruano”, on March 1, 2020, the lawyer MANUEL ROBERTO DE LA FLOR MATOS is appointed in the position of Head of the Legal Advisory Office of the National Fisheries Health Agency – SANIPES.
III. Resignation of Director of the Sanctions Directorate of the National Fisheries Health Agency – SANIPES is accepted Through Executive Presidency Resolution No. 022-2020-SANIPES/PE, published in the Official Gazette “El Peruano”, on March 5, 2020, the resignation presented by the lawyer Aldo Renato Ramírez Palet to the position of Director of the Sanctions Directorate of the National Fisheries Health Agency – SANIPES is accepted.
