Compulsory electronic notification of administrative acts and proceedings of the Ministry of Production
By means of SD No.007-2020-PRODUCE, published today Wednesday, April 22, the compulsory use of electronic notification of administrative acts and proceedings issued by the Ministry of Production – PRODUCE was established.
The scope includes the Bodies, Organizational Units and PRODUCE Programs that participate in administrative proceedings or carry out activities in the framework of any administrative activity within their competence; the scope also includes citizens.
The provisions enter into force 90 calendar days after their publication and it is provided that within 30 calendar days the Directive regulating the Technical and Administrative Guidelines and Criteria of the electronic notification procedure shall be adopted, as well as the assignment of the electronic box to the citizen.
