Suspension of hake fishing by trawlers in coastal area
Through Ministerial Resolution No. 282-2020-PRODUCE published today Monday, August 24, 2020, it was decided to suspend the extraction of the hake resource (Merluccius gayi peruanus) to industrial trawlers and in the area between 05°00′ S and 05°20´S of the maritime domain.
The aforementioned suspension is for a period of 7 calendar days and is effective from 00:00 hours on Tuesday, August 25.
