Various provisions on extraction and processing contained in Regulations of the General Fisheries Act and in Regulations of the Maximum Catch Limits per Vessel Act are modified
By means of Supreme Decree No. 004-2020-PRODUCE, published today, Friday, February 28, 2020, various provisions related to the processing extraction activity contained in the Regulations of the General Fisheries Act (DS No. 012-2001-PE) and in the Regulations of the Maximum Catch Limits per Vessel Act (DS No. 021-2008-PRODUCE) were amended. Likewise, in the same Supreme Decree, amendments were made to the Hake Fisheries Management Regulation (DS No. 016-2003-PRODUCE) and to provisions on the registration of social organizations of fishermen and artisanal fisheries processors.
