Fishing of hake carried out by trawlers in the coastal area is suspended.
Through Ministerial Resolution N° 008-2020-PRODUCE published on January 9, 2020, the extraction activity of the hake resource (Merluccius gayi peruanus) carried out by trawlers between parallels 05°00 S and 05°20 S of the maritime domain was suspended for seven (7) calendar days counted from the day following the publication of said ministerial resolution.
