Lists of procedures which are not included in the suspension of deadlines established by emergency decrees 026-2020 and 029-2020 were adopted in PRODUCE and in SANIPES
Through Ministerial Resolution RM 160-2020-PRODUCE published on 16 May, a list of 34 administrative procedures for the Fisheries and Aquaculture sub-sector and 5 for the MYPE and Industry sub-sector which are not included in the suspension of deadlines established in the Second and Final Supplementary Provision DU 026-2020 nor in Article 28 of the DU 029-2020 were adopted.
The processing shall continue provided that the applicant has authorized or authorizes the electronic notification or has his express consent. These listed procedures are processed through the Digital Processing Platform of the Ministry of Production (PRODUCE Virtual).
Likewise, and for the same legal reasons, through RPE 033-2020-SANIPES/PE published on May 17, a list of 40 suspended procedures was adopted by the National Agency for Fisheries Health – SANIPES. These procedures included in the list are processed through: tramitesdoc@sanipes.gob.pe in accordance with the Health Safety Protocol adopted by RGG 20-2020-SANIPES/GG.
