Through Ministerial Resolution RM 139-2020-PRODUCE, published today, Wednesday, May 6, sanitary operating protocols were approved before COVID 19 for industrial fisheries for indirect human consumption. These protocols are annexed to the resolution and are published on the PRODUCE website: www.gob.pe/produce
These protocols are complementary to the Guidelines for Health Surveillance of workers at risk of exposure to COVID 19, approved by RM 239-2020-MINSA”.
