I. IMARPE IS AUTHORIZED TO CARRY OUT OPERATION EUREKA LXXIV WITH THE PARTICIPATION OF FISHERY VESSELS
By means of Ministerial Resolution Nº 136-2023-PRODUCE, published in an extraordinary edition of the Official Gazette “El Peruano” on April 6, 2023, the catch limits (quota) for the year 2023 of the resource authorized the execution of the LXXIV Operation Eureka in the area between the localities of Talara and Morro Sama up to 50 nautical miles from the coast and for a period of five (5) days during the week of April 17 to 21, 2023.
This operation shall be carried out with the participation of 18 larger scale steel vessels and larger scale wooden vessels.
II. MINISTERIAL RESOLUTION THAT ESTABLISHED THE CATCH LIMIT OF THE BONITO RESOURCE IS MODIFIED
By means of Ministerial Resolution Nº 140-2023-PRODUCE, published in an extraordinary edition of the Official Gazette “El Peruano” on April 13, 2023, paragraph 7.2 of Article 7 of the Ministerial Resolution Nº 140-2023-PRODUCE was modified. 2 of Article 7 of Ministerial Resolution 090-2023-PRODUCE, to indicate that purse seine vessels with a well capacity equal to or greater than 20 m3, must not exceed 13 tons of bonito resource per fishery operation and that purse seine vessels with a well capacity less than 20 m3, must not exceed 5.5 tons of bonito resource per fishery operation.
I. MODIFICATION OF THE LIST OF BENEFICIARIES OF ARTISANAL FISHERMEN APPROVED BY RM Nº 091-2023-PRODUCE
By means of Ministerial Resolution Nº 133-2023-PRODUCE, published in the Official Gazette “El Peruano” on April 6, 2023, the List of Artisanal Fishermen Beneficiaries approved by Ministerial Resolution Nº 091-2023-PRODUCE was modified to incorporate the artisanal fishermen indicated in the Complementary List of the List of Artisanal Fishermen Beneficiaries that as an annex are part of the present resolution.
II. NEW TARIFF OF COSTS AND EXPENSES OF THE COERCIVE EXECUTION PROCEDURE IS APPROVED
By means of Ministerial Resolution Nº 127-2023-PRODUCE, published in the Official Gazette “El Peruano” on April 2, 2023, the tariff of costs and expenses of the coercive execution procedure of the Ministry of Production was modified, which as an annex is part of this resolution, repealing the previous one contained in Ministerial Resolution N° 186-2003-PRODUCE.
III. THE LIST OF BENEFICIARIES OF ARTISANAL FISHERMEN APPROVED BY RM Nº 091-2023-PRODUCE WAS MODIFIED AGAIN
By means of Ministerial Resolution Nº 146-2023-PRODUCE, published in an extraordinary edition of the Official Gazette “El Peruano” on April 21, 2023, the List of Artisanal Fishermen Beneficiaries approved by Ministerial Resolution Nº 091-2023-PRODUCE was modified to incorporate the artisanal fishermen indicated in the Second Complementary List of the List of Artisanal Fishermen Beneficiaries, which as an annex are part of this resolution.
IV. THE CHARTERING CONTRACT FORMAT WITH TEMPORARY TRANSFER OF TUNA CARRYING CAPACITY IS APPROVED
By Ministerial Resolution Nº 151-2023-PRODUCE, published in the Official Gazette “El Peruano” on April 27, 2023, the Chartering Contract Format with temporary transfer of tuna carrying capacity, provided by Supreme Decree Nº 009-2016-PRODUCE and amended by Supreme Decree Nº 009-2022-PRODUCE, was approved.
I. APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR GENERAL OF THE GENERAL OFFICE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES
By means of Ministerial Resolution Nº 131-2023-PRODUCE published in the Official Gazette “El Peruano” on April 5, 2023, Mr. Carlos Alfredo Espinoza Alegria was appointed as Director General of the General Office of Information Technologies of the Ministry of Production.
II. APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR OF THE OFFICE OF TECHNICAL COOPERATION AND INTERNATIONAL AFFAIRS
By means of Ministerial Resolution Nº 130-2023-PRODUCE published in the Official Gazette “El Peruano” on April 4, 2023, Mrs. Paola Diana Reyes Parra was appointed as Director of the Office of Technical Cooperation and International Affairs of the Ministry of Production.
