Superintendency’s Order No. 234-2019-MIGRACIONES: Creation of new alien data updating platform
Every alien being in Peruvian territory and having registered information in Peruvian Immigration Service (Migraciones) must update it on Migraciones website (www.migraciones.gob.pe) upon the new platform will be implemented. Default of the obligation to update information will give rise verification actions by the Peruvian Immigration Service and, eventually, a fine equivalent to 1% of a tax base unit (UIT) for every month without updating.
