Publication on the institutional portal of the Ministry of the “Draft Supreme Decree adopting the Regulations for Hydrocarbon Exploration and Exploitation Activities” and its Statement of Reasons was ordered
Ministerial Resolution No. 430-2020-MINEM/DM, published in the Official Gazette El Peruano, on January 1, 2021, provides for the publication of the “Draft Supreme Decree adopting the Regulations for Hydrocarbon Exploration and Exploitation Activities” and its Statement of Reasons, on the institutional portal of the Ministry of Energy and Mines (www.gob.pe/minem), establishing a term of thirty (30) working days, from the day following its publication for the interested parties to send their opinions and suggestions in writing to the General Directorate of Hydrocarbons, located at Avenida Las Artes Sur No. 260, district of San Borja, province and department of Lima, or via the Internet to the following e-mail address: prepublicacionesdgh@minem.gob.pe.
