Average Gas Price and Average Transport Cost.- By Resolutions Nº 206-2022-OS/CD and 207-2022-OS/CD the Average Gas Price and the Average Transport Cost for the period December 2022 – February 2023 of the Natural Gas Distribution Concession by Duct Network of Lima and Callao and the Natural Gas Distribution Concession by Duct Network in the department of Ica were approved, in accordance with the provisions of the Rule “General Conditions of the Natural Gas Distribution Service and the Application of Tariffs to the End User, adopted by Resolution Nº 054-2016-OS/CD.

 

Energy Social Inclusion Fund.- Through Resolution Nº 059-2022-OS/GRT the administrative and operating costs of the FISE of the Electricity Distributors were approved in their activities related to the use of the discount for the purchase of the LPG gas cylinder until August 2022.

 

Petroleum Derived Fuels Price Stabilization Fund.- Through Resolution Nº 064-2022-OS/GRT the Price Bands and Commercial Margins for Liquefied Petroleum Gas for bottling (LPG-E), Liquefied Petroleum Gas for bulk (LPG-G), 84 octane Gasohol, and 90 and 84 octane Gasoline were fixed; which shall be in force from November 25, 2022 to Thursday, December 29, 2022.

 

Regulatory draft for the registration of tightness tests.- Resolution Nº 210-2022-OS/CD published the draft “Technological Solutions for the Management of Storage Components for the registration of the process of tightness tests in underground tank systems”, which seeks to regulate the operation of the OSINERGMIN platform that shall allow carrying out, in a controlled manner, the process of execution of the inspection tests of tightness of Buried Tank Systems (STE) and obtain immediate results in relation to the same, in accordance with the “Standard for the Periodic Inspection of Tightness of Pipelines and Buried Tanks that store Liquid Fuels and Other Products Derived from Hydrocarbons”, adopted by Supreme Decree Nº 001-2022-EM, applicable at national level to operators of new and existing Buried Tank Systems that store Liquid Fuels and Other Products Derived from Hydrocarbons within the national territory; and to buried pipelines connected to above ground tanks in Fuel Retail Establishments and Direct Consumers.

 

Adoption of Peruvian Technical Standards.- Board Resolution Nº 018-2022-INACAL/DN adopted the technical standards that regulate the components of the liquefied natural gas (LNG) fuel system for road vehicles and the standard reference conditions for natural gas.
