NEW PORTAL OF TAX COURT FOR NOTIFICATIONS

• The Tax Court’s electronic mailbox for notifications has migrated to a new portal with a different access link: https://tribunalfiscal.pegasus.com.pe/.
• Access to the new portal requires updating the password through the “Recover Password” button of the link, complying with the security requirements demanded by the system (as detailed when requesting the recovery).
• This new portal has been operational since September 26, 2022. To view notifications received prior to this date, you must access – for the time being – the previous platform: https://www.snetf.gob.pe/notifTribunal/.
• TIP: In case of ongoing proceedings before the Tax Court, it is important to check this mailbox daily in order to know in a timely manner the notifications sent by the entity, such as, summons to oral report, requirements and resolutions, which usually have a short term for attention.
• It must be noted that the Firm’s sponsorship of proceedings before the Tax Court does not include the review of this notification mailbox, except in those cases previously agreed in which the mailbox is linked to a special mailbox of the Firm (please,  in case of doubts, you can contact at tribunalfiscal@estudiorodrigo.com).
