The SANIPES Regulations on Infringements and Health Sanctions in Fisheries and Aquaculture are published
Through Executive Presidency Resolution No. 075-2020-SANIPES/PE published today Tuesday November 24 2020, the “Regulation on Infringements and Health Sanctions in Fisheries and Aquaculture” of the National Fisheries Health Agency – SANIPES was adopted. The text of the regulation was published on the SANIPES website www.sanipes.gob.pe
The above-mentioned regulation shall enter into force on the 30th working day following its publication and the Sanctions Directorate of SANIPES shall adopt, through a Directorial Resolution within 30 days after its publication, the applicable guidelines for the registration and publication of the information contained in the Record of Infringements and Sanctions. Likewise, the Fisheries and Aquaculture Supervision and Control Directorate of SANIPES is also responsible for conducting the investigation phase of the administrative sanctions procedure as long as the draft Regulations on the Organization and Functions of SANIPES are adopted.
