Draft regulation “Modification of the Procedure for the registration and update of purchase orders in the Purchase Order Control System (SCOP), adopted by Resolution of the Board of Directors Nº 025-2021-OS/CD” was published in the Official Gazette “El Peruano”
By means of Board of Directors Resolution Nº 025-2021-OS/CD, dated February 18, 2021, the Procedure for the registration and update of purchase orders in the Purchase Order Control System (SCOP) (hereinafter, the “Procedure”) was published in the Official Gazette “El Peruano”.
With the purpose of modifying the scope of the Procedure, by means of Board of Directors Resolution Nº 236-2022-OS/CD, published on December 19, 2022 in the Official Gazette “El Peruano”, the draft regulation “Modification of the Procedure for the registration and update of purchase orders in the Purchase Order Control System (SCOP), adopted by Board of Directors Resolution Nº 025-2021-OS/CD” was published for comments.
This, in order to incorporate in the Procedure, the following agents of the Natural Gas Vehicles (“NGV”), Compressed Natural Gas (“CNG”) and Liquefied Natural Gas (“LNG”) commercialization chain, in compliance with the provisions of Supreme Decree Nº 016-2021-EM and Supreme Decree Nº 021-2021-EM: NGV Retail Establishments, Establishments Destined to the Supply of NGV in Integrated Transportation Systems (SIT), LNG-LNG Mobile Units, Direct NGV Consumers acquiring CNG and/or LNG, LNG-LNG Distributors acquiring LNG through the LNG-LNG Mobile Unit, LNG-LNG Mobile Units transporting LNG, Natural Gas Decompression Stations or Centers, CNG Transfer Units, CNG Direct Consumers, CNG Compression Stations, CNG Refueling Stations, CNG Mobile Units, CNG Transporter Vehicles, LNG Regasification Stations or Centers, LNG Receiving Stations, LNG Direct Consumers, LNG Refueling Stations, LNG Refueling Station Marketers, LNG Mobile Unit, LNG-LNG Mobile Units, and LNG Transporter Vehicles.
