Draft regulation “Modification of the Procedure for the Delivery of Information on Prices of the Internal Market of Hydrocarbon Derived Fuels (PRICE), adopted by Resolution of the Board of Directors Nº 256-2021-OS/CD” is published
By means of Resolution of the Board of Directors Nº 256-2021-OS/CD, published on December 27, 2021 in the Official Gazette “El Peruano”, the Procedure for the Delivery of Information on Prices of the Domestic Market of Hydrocarbon Derived Fuels (PRICE) (hereinafter, the “Procedure”) was adopted.
By means of Board of Directors Resolution Nº 237-2022-OS/CD, published on December 19, 2022 in the Official Gazette “El Peruano”, the draft regulation “Modification of the Procedure for the Delivery of Information on Prices of the Internal Market of Hydrocarbon Derived Fuels (PRICE), adopted by Board of Directors Resolution Nº 256-2021-OS/CD” was published for comments.
This, in order to incorporate the following provisions in the Procedure:
That the Producers, Importers and Wholesale Distributors must submit to OSINERGMIN their current price list, with and without the average commercial discounts applied in the previous month, for each fuel; and,
In the event that Bottling Plants, Sales Premises, Taps and Service Stations authorized to sell LPG in cylinders and Distributors in cylinders that sell cylinders containing LPG to end users do not register and/or update their current prices in the OSINERGMIN’s PRICE module, a non-compliance alert shall be generated in the OSINERGMIN’s PRICE module, a non-compliance alert shall be generated in the order generation, order and/or transfer module of the Order Control System (SCOP), in order to grant the obligated agents the immediate opportunity to register the information through said modules.
