Criminal Litigation

Nicolás Bellido specializes in economic criminal law and criminal litigation.

He advises on the design and implementation of procedural strategies as an aggrieved or accused party. Nicolás also provides advice on liability and on the prevention of criminal contingencies, as well as on the initiation, monitoring and evaluation of criminal proceedings.

Nicolás defends companies, shareholders, directors and executives in criminal litigation related to their line of business, with special emphasis on the mining industry.

He has been a member of Ius et Veritas, a magazine edited by students of the Law School of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (2005-2008).
