Ministerial Resolution Nº 964-2022/MINSA establishes the threshold for high-cost oncological pharmaceutical products purchased by public entities at 9 UIT.
The threshold for oncological pharmaceutical products is understood to be the monetary value above which an oncological pharmaceutical product is considered to be high cost.

TECHNICAL HEALTH STANDARD THAT ESTABLISHES THE NATIONAL VACCINATION SCHEDULE
Ministerial Resolution Nº 884-2022/MINSA adopted NTS Nº 196-MINSA/DGIESP-2022, Technical Health Standard that establishes the National Vaccination Scheme, which aims to establish an orderly and chronological vaccination scheme, mandatory nationwide to reduce mortality and morbidity rates caused by immunopreventable diseases.
The Standard is mandatory in all public and private health establishments of the Health Sector, which carry out vaccination activities.

MANUAL FOR EXTERNAL QUALITY CONTROL OF SMEAR MICROSCOPY FOR BACTERIOLOGICAL DIAGNOSIS OF TUBERCULOSIS
Ministerial Resolution Nº 923-2022/MINSA adopted the Technical Document: Manual for External Quality Control of Smear Analysis for the Bacteriological Diagnosis of Tuberculosis, which aims to standardize the guidelines and methods for evaluating the quality and reliability of the smear analysis performed by TB laboratories at the national level.
The Manual is mandatory in all laboratories of health facilities and medical support services of MINSA and is referential for public institutions that perform quality control of smear microscopy.

MANUAL OF MOLECULAR TESTS FOR BACTERIOLOGICAL AND SENSITIVITY DIAGNOSIS OF TUBERCULOSIS
Ministerial Resolution Nº 906-2022/MINSA adopted the Technical Document: Manual of Molecular Tests for the Bacteriological and Sensitivity Diagnosis of Tuberculosis, which aims to provide laboratory personnel performing tuberculosis diagnosis with the necessary detailed technical information on the technical procedures for the bacteriological and sensitivity diagnosis of tuberculosis through the use of molecular tests used in Peru.
The Manual is mandatory in all laboratories of health facilities and medical support services of MINSA and is referential for public and private institutions that perform bacteriological and sensitivity diagnosis of tuberculosis.

PREPAREDNESS AND RESPONSE PLAN AGAINST MONKEYPOX
Ministerial Resolution Nº 909-2022/MINSA adopted the Technical Document: Monkeypox Preparedness and Response Plan, which aims to reduce the impact of monkeypox morbidity and mortality in the country’s population.

GUIDELINES FOR THE PRESENTATION AND ATTENTION OF COMPLAINTS FOR ALLEGED ACTS OF CORRUPTION IN MINSA
Ministerial Resolution Nº 905-2022/MINSA adopted the Administrative Directive that establishes the Guidelines for the presentation and attention of complaints for alleged acts of corruption in MINSA, which aims to establish provisions for the presentation and attention of complaints for alleged acts of corruption, as well as the granting of protection measures and the corresponding obligations of the Whistleblower or Witness and the sanction in case of complaints made in bad faith involving civil servants in MINSA.
The Directive is mandatory for all civil servants in MINSA, regardless of the labor and contractual regime and any natural or legal person who makes a complaint to MINSA.

TECHNICAL GUIDE FOR THE COMPREHENSIVE CARE OF MENTAL HEALTH OF CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS VICTIMS OF SEXUAL VIOLENCE
Ministerial Resolution Nº 868-2022/MINSA adopted the Technical Guide for the Comprehensive Mental Health Care of Children and Adolescents who are victims of sexual violence, which aims to establish the technical procedures for the detection, evaluation, diagnosis, treatment and recovery of mental health to be provided by health personnel.
The Guide is mandatory in all MINSA health facilities and is a reference for all other public or private health facilities nationwide.

PARTICIPATION OF THE MINSA IN THE INFORMAL RETREAT OF THE WHO EXECUTIVE COUNCIL
