Carolina Chipollini is an associate of the M&A and Financing Practice Group.

Carolina advises sponsors, financial institutions, multilateral entities and companies in bilateral and syndicated corporate finance, structured finance, project finance and capital markets transactions on a variety of industries.

Ms. Chipollini also advises public and private companies and private equity funds in domestic and cross-border acquisitions, mergers, divestitures and asset sales with emphasis in Latin America, in proprietary sales and M&A auctions. Her experience also includes advising clients and financial institutions in acquisition finance transactions. Ms. Chipollini has advised clients on different industries including energy, infrastructure, oil & gas, and Fintech and Blockchain companies.

Carolina is a member of the Venture Capital, Technology and Entrepreneurship team where she advises Fintech and Blockchain companies in doing business in Latin America, strategic partnerships and Peruvian financial and banking regulations.

Carolina was an International Visiting Associate at Latham & Watkins LLP in New York (2022-2023) where she worked with the Corporate and Finance Practice Groups in connection with bilateral and syndicated corporate finance transactions, acquisition finance, capital markets transactions and mergers and acquisitions of energy and infrastructure companies.

She was also adjunct professor of Contracts at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (2015-2016) and teaching assistant of Contracts at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (2010-2011).
