By Ministerial Resolution N° 103-2024-PRODUCE, published on April 5, 2024 in the Official Gazette “El Peruano”, it was determined that, exceptionally, the Second Season of anchovy and white anchovy fishery 2023 in the North-Central zone, will not be considered for the compliance of shipowners of their obligation to extract 80% of their Maximum Catch Limits per Vessel (MCLV), as provided in paragraph 1 of Article 11 of the Regulations of Legislative Decree No. 1084, Law on Maximum Catch Limits per Vessel, approved by Supreme Decree No. 021-2008-PRODUCE.
