Claudia Loyola specializes in tax law, with emphasis on tax planning and international taxation.

Her practice focuses on advising clients on tax consulting services, mergers and acquisitions, as well as on operations financing.

Claudia has also successfully led tax audit procedures and challenges before SUNAT and the Tax Court regarding withholding taxes from non-domiciled individuals, such as digital services, technical assistance and royalties.

She has experience in the public sector, having participated in the tax constitutional analysis of the Legislative Decrees issued by the Executive Branch in the framework of the delegation of powers (2017-2018).
