Administrative Law

Miranda Soto specializes in administrative, municipal and public procurement law.

She provides advice on government procurement and management of administrative procedures before public administration entities. Miranda actively participates in the procurement processes with the State for the provision of goods and services, as well as in the execution of works.

In addition, she has experience in handling administrative procedures before public administration entities in the three sectors of government.

Miranda graduated at the top of her class in law school and was Editor of the Administrative Law Journal of the Universidad de Piura during the years 2021 and 2022.
