Alejandro Tafur specializes in corporate, civil and commercial law.

Alejandro counsels national and foreign companies on corporate, commercial and patrimonial civil issues, such as the drafting of contracts and other legal documents for establishing and developing businesses in Peru. Moreover, he provides counsel in arbitrations related to corporate, commercial and investment matters, both national and international.

He has been an assistant professor of Real Estate Law and Corporate Law, both at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
