Alfonso Montoya specializes in providing commercial and corporate advisory to companies.

He counsels on corporate and financial issues, focusing on extractive companies and on designing contractual structures for the development of exploration and exploitation activities.

Alfonso is Professor of the Corporate Law course at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú since 1999, as well as at Universidad del Pacífico, and is a member of the commission to reform the current General Corporations law.
