Labor
Allison Saldamando specializes in labor law.
Her experience focuses on labor law and occupational health and safety consulting for domestic and foreign companies.
Allison advises companies on issues related to the hiring of personnel, compliance with labor obligations, implementation of labor policies, termination mechanisms, salary planning, labor audits, social security matters and outsourcing processes (outsourcing and intermediation), as well as on labor inspections and administrative sanctioning procedures. She also provides occupational health and safety advice to companies in different sectors, evaluation and implementation of the occupational health and safety management system.
Allison received the Robert Maes Honor Award for academic excellence for ranking second in the School of Law (2021 and 2023). She was a fellow of the “Leaders with Purpose for the World” Scholarship Fund (2020 – 2024).
