Álvaro Castillo specializes in construction law, arbitration and dispute resolution.

Álvaro Castillo specializes in domestic and international arbitrations and dispute resolution boards, especially those related to construction contracts.

He obtained his law degree, with outstanding distinction, from Universidad de Piura (2016), and holds a Master’s degree in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from King’s College London (2022), from which he graduated with merit.

Álvaro has experience in international arbitrations and dispute resolution boards administered by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), as well as before the main arbitral institutions in Peru, relating to construction and infrastructure disputes.

He was an associate in the English arbitration practice of KT Construction Law and has been a teaching assistant at the University of Piura.
