Labor
Andre Mardini specializes in labor and employment law with emphasis on litigation.
He counsels companies in developing and implementing process strategies, as well as in the defense and oral litigation in labor processes and/or administrative labor procedures.
Andre took part in the wining team of the II Litigation in Labor Competition organized by the Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru (2017). Also, he has been assistant professor in several courses at the same university, including Special Labor and Employment Law (2015-2017)
