Civil Litigation
Andrea Bazán specializes in civil litigation, with emphasis on administrative litigation and constitutional proceedings.
She advises on the design of procedural strategies and sponsorship of tax, constitutional and administrative law disputes. She has experience in the sponsorship of judicial proceedings for the reorganization of real estate property, as well as in the obtaining of real rights for investment projects.
Likewise, Andrea has been an indirect advisor in investment arbitration of disputes related to tax matters.
